A 94-foot blue whale hanging over the ocean hall, a T. rex skeleton on the fourth floor, dioramas that have been drawing faces to the glass for a century. The Gilder Center's canyon-like atrium, opened in 2023, is a sight in itself. Pick a few halls, and add the Hayden Planetarium show if time allows.
