One of the largest art museums in the US, in a Beaux-Arts palace on Eastern Parkway. A superb Egyptian collection, American painting, Judy Chicago's The Dinner Party, and fashion and contemporary shows that often rival Manhattan's. Far calmer than the Met. Open Wednesday to Sunday.
