Burial Hill
One of America's oldest cemeteries, on the hilltop site of the Pilgrims' original fort and meetinghouse above Plymouth center. Weathered slate headstones dating to the 1600s — including Governor William Bradford's — stand among old trees with fine views over the town and harbor. Atmospheric, free, and best combined with the adjacent Town Square and First Parish church.
