Cafe Root Cellar (Pittsboro)

This is the second of only two branches of a local restaurant mini-chain. It's known for bold, seasonal American dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant is situated in a newer commercial strip in northern Pittsboro, which will likely see a lot of development in the coming years.
