Chase Field
Home stadium of the Arizona Diamondbacks (MLB), opened in 1998. It was only the third stadium in the world with a retractable roof and the very first over a natural grass field (replaced by artificial turf in 2019). The roof takes about 5 minutes to open or close, and the air conditioning could cool 2,500 single-family homes. Capacity: 48,500. Hosted the 2001 World Series, which the Diamondbacks won at home.
