Christ the King Chapel

A full-scale Gothic Revival church rising out of a Shenandoah Valley hayfield, dedicated in 2023 after nearly five years of construction at Christendom College. A 114-foot crossing tower and two bell towers anchor a limestone exterior; inside are more than a hundred stained-glass windows, four side shrines, a 2,825-pipe organ and a painted golden oculus of angels in a starry sky.

Visitors are welcome outside liturgies, and guided tours can be arranged by appointment through the college.
