Culler's Overlook

A raised observation deck near the entrance of Shenandoah River State Park, reachable by car, looking down on the South Fork Shenandoah as it coils through the valley with the Blue Ridge stacked behind it. One of the best fall-colour vantage points in the northern valley — and correspondingly busy in October.
