Cypress Tree Tunnel
The Cypress Tree Tunnel is a magical, half-mile-long corridor of old Monterey cypress trees lining a private ranch road at Point Reyes National Seashore in Marin County, California. Planted over a century ago as a windbreak, the trees have grown together overhead to form a dramatic, cathedral-like canopy. It's one of the most photographed spots in Northern California — especially stunning in the morning mist. Access is free, though the road is on Historic G Ranch property, so visitors must park and walk respectfully.
