Dobbins Lookout
The highest accessible viewpoint in South Mountain Park, at about 2,330 ft, reached by car via Summit Road or on foot. A WPA-era stone shelter frames a sweeping panorama over downtown Phoenix and the Valley of the Sun — a classic spot for sunset and night-time city lights.
