Ferry Building

The Ferry Building is a historic waterfront landmark along the Embarcadero in San Francisco. Opened in 1898, it was once the city’s main transportation hub and is recognizable by its 245-foot clock tower inspired by Seville’s Giralda.

Today, it houses the popular Ferry Building Marketplace, featuring local artisan shops, cafés, and restaurants. The weekly farmers market is one of the best in the region, offering fresh produce, baked goods, and regional specialties with views of the Bay and Bay Bridge.

Because of its historic façade, waterfront setting, and iconic clock tower, it has appeared in several films and TV productions set in San Francisco. Notably, it can be seen in:
