Harriet's Hamburgers is a concept founded in Charlotte in 2020 that combines a retro American aesthetic with a focus on high-quality, uncomplicated hamburgers. It started as a vendor at Optimist Hall and has since grown into a small local chain with five locations. The Ballantyne location, which opened in 2024, marked a significant milestone as Harriet's first freestanding restaurant rather than a food-hall stall.
