Hole-in-the-Rock
A wall of pocked volcanic rock riddled with wind-carved holes and slots, best explored on the short Rings Loop Trail, where iron rings bolted into the rock help hikers scramble down narrow Banshee Canyon. A compact, adventurous highlight of the preserve's interior. (The visitor center building has been closed for roof repairs, but the trail and formation remain open.)
