Lees Ferry
The only road access to the Colorado River for hundreds of kilometers in either direction — mile zero for Grand Canyon rafting trips and a historic 1870s river crossing whose stone buildings still stand at Lonely Dell Ranch. Anglers wade the cold, clear tailwater for trophy trout; everyone else can simply touch the river that carved the canyon.
