Hundreds of three-toed theropod footprints stamped into Jurassic sandstone lie scattered across open desert just off US-160 near Tuba City. Local Navajo guides show visitors the best trackways for a donation; the informal site has no facilities, but few places let you stand directly in a dinosaur's footsteps.
