Noble Smoke (Freedom Drive)
This is a popular barbecue restaurant known for its wood-smoked meats and Southern-inspired menu. It was the runner-up for Best BBQ in the Charlotte Magazine Best of the Best Awards in 2023, 2024 and 2025, as voted by readers. Noble Smoke currently operates just two locations: one at Optimist Hall and its flagship location here in West Charlotte.
