Paragon Carousel

The last surviving ride of Hull's grand Paragon Park amusement park (1905–1984): a lovingly restored 1928 Philadelphia Toboggan Company carousel with 66 hand-carved horses and two Roman chariots, spinning to a Wurlitzer band organ across from Nantasket Beach. The small on-site museum and the ongoing horse-restoration studio add depth. Cheap rides, pure nostalgia, and an essential pairing with a beach afternoon.
