South Mountain Creamery

A working dairy farm in the Middletown Valley below South Mountain, where visitors can watch the milking parlour, feed the calves by bottle and eat hand-dipped ice cream on the lawn. A stop on the Maryland Ice Cream Trail and a genuinely good detour with children between the battlefield ridge and the Potomac.
